Procedure:
1.In a pan, take one table spoon of oil and prepare seasoning with all the seasoning items. Add curry leaves and coriander leaves too. Transfer to a plate.
2.In the same pan, take little oil and fry chopped eggplants, green chillis, tamarind pulp and add salt. Let those cook well softer.
3.Mash the eggplants and add the seasoning prepared earlier.
Very Tasty Egg Plant Chutney is ready.
