Rava Pakodi

Ingredients:

Soji or Bombay rava ----- 1 cup
Curd ----------------1 cup
Onion --------------2 medium
Green chillis ---------4 or 5
Ginger --------------1/2 inch
Salt -------------enough
Curry leaves ------- 5 t o 7
Asafetida (Hing) ---Pinch
Oil


Procedure:

1.Soak soji in curd for half an hour

2.Chop onion, ginger, green chillis and curry leaves and mix into soaked soji.

3.Add asafetida (hing) and salt to it

4.Heat the oil in a pan in medium flame.

5.Take this batter into small balls and leave gently into the hot oil, very carefully.

Rava pakodi is ready.
