Spinach – Onion Curry


Spinach ---- 1 bunch
Onion ---- 1 Medium
Green Chillis – 2
Ginger ----1/2 inch
Seasoning items --1/4 sp each
(Channa dal, Urad dal, Mustard seeds, cumin seeds, Asafoetida)
Oil---1 Tsp


1.In a pan prepare seasoning with all seasoning items.

2.Add chopped onion, ginger and green chili pieces and fry well.

3.Add chopped spinach and mix well.

4.Cover with lid and let it cook until all the water from Spinach evaporates.

5.Add salt

Spincha-onion curry is ready.Eat with hot rice or chapathi.
