Alu Tikki ( Potato Cutlet)

Potatos ---3
Bread powder ----3 tsp
Green chillis ----2
Coriander leaves –2 strings
Coriander powder ---1/4 tsp
Cumin powder ----1/4 tsp
Garam Masala ----1/4 tsp
Red chili powder---- 1/8 tsp
Salt -----enough

Preparation Method:
1.Boil potatoes and take out the peal. Grate the potatoes and keep aside. 2. In a bowl, take grated potato, bread powder( make powder with roasted bread), chopped coriander leaves, chopped chillis, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder,garam masala and salt. Mix well.

3.Take small amount of prepared potato mix and make it in a circular shape in the hand.

4.Plate the potato tikkis on a hot pan with little oil and fry on both the side to light red color.

Potato tikki ( Potato cutlets) are ready. Eat with ketchup or coriander chutney or curd or tomato sauce.
