Beans Curry

Ingredients:

Beans --- 1 pound
Red chilli powder – ½ tsp
Coriander powder --- ¼ tsp
Cumin powder --- ¼ tsp
Sesame seeds ---1 tsp
Coconut powder – 3 tsp
Salt ----enough
Seasoning items --- ¼ tsp
(Urad dal,channa dal, mustard seeds,cumin seeds)
Asafoetida --- Pinch

Procedure:

1.Wash beans and chop into small pieces. Pressure cook in cooker.

2.In a pan, heat 2 tsp of oil and prepare seasoning with all seasoning ingredients.

3.When mustard seeds splatters, add asafoetida and chopped beans.

4.When beans are cooked, add red chilli powder, coriander powder,sesame seed powder,coconut powder and mix well.

5.Add coriander leaves and curry leaves. Turn off the stove.

Tasty and healthy beans curry is ready. Eat with hot rice or chapathi.
