Bhel Chat/Bhel Puri/Murmura Chat (Kaaram Borugulu)

Ingredients:

Murmura – 4 cups
Onion--- 1 small
Tomato – 1 small
Green chillis---2
Coriander leaves ---4 strings
Garam masala----1/4 tsp
Coriander powder---1/4 tsp
Salt----4 pinch
Turmeric powder- Pinch
Lemon- 1
Boondi--- ¼ cup


Procedure:

1. Heat ½ tsp of oil , add turmeric powder and Murmura. Fry for 5 minutes, until murmura becomes crispy.

2. Finely chop onions, tomatoes, green chillis, coriander leaves and mix well in a bowl. Add lemon juice to it and keep aside.

3. In a bowl, take fried murmura, add the onion tomato mixture to murmura.

4. Add little garam masala powder, coriander powder and mix well.

5. Sprinkle boondi on it.

Bhel chat / Murmura chat is ready. Eat immediately.
