Black Eyed Beans Vada

Ingredients:

Black eyed beans ----1 cup
Green Chillis -----5
Ginger -----1/2 inch
Fennel seeds ---1/2 tsp
Curry leaves ---- 5
Onion ----medium size
Salt---Enough for taste
Oil--- 2 cups For frying

Procedure:

1.Soak black eyed beans for 3 to 4 hours.

2.In a blender , grind soaked black eyed beans, ginger, garlic, fennel seeds,salt together to a coarse paste. ( Just sprinkle the water if needed)

3.chop curry leaves and onion and mix into the batter.

4.Heat the oil in a pan.

5.take one table spoon of grounded batter in the hand make it in a circular shape and leave it into the hot oil carefully.

6.Fry the vada on both the sides to golden brown color.

7.Place them in a plate and let cool down.

Enjoy delicious black eyed bean vada. It is very tasty and rich in protein.
