Capsicum –Potato-Peas Curry/Bell Pepper- Potato-Green Peas Curry

Ingredients: (For 3 persons)

Capsicum ----2
Green Peas----1/4 cup
Red chilli powder----1/2 Tsp
Pea nuts ------1/4 cup
Sesame seeds----1/4 Tsp
Coconut powder ----2 Tsp
Seasoning items ----1/4 tsp each
(Urad dal, Channa dal, Mustard seeds Cumin seeds, Asafoetida )
Cinnamon stick ---2 small pieces.


1.Dry fry peanuts and sesame seeds and grind to powder.

2.Chop capsicum to pieces.

3.Heat 2 to 3 tsp of oil and prepare seasoning with seasoning items and cinnamon.

4.When mustard seeds splatters, add asafoetida and potato pieces.

5.Once the potatoes are half-cooked, add capsicum and green peas and cover with lid. Let the vegetables get cooked.

6.Add Peanut – sesame seed powder and salt to the cooked curry.

7.Add chopped curry leaves and coriander leaves. Turn off the flame.

Delicious Alu-Capsicun-peas curry is ready to eat. Eat with roti or rice and Enjoy
