Chegodi

Ingredients:
Rice flour ----2 cups
Daliya ----1/2 cup
Coconut powder ---1/4 cup
Red chilli powder ----1 Tsp
Sesame seeds ---- 1Tsp
Asafoetida ---- ¼ tsp
Oil -------4 Tsp (for mixing)
Salt ---- For taste
Oil ----3 cups ( for frying)


Procedure:

1.In a bowl, take rice flour, daliya powder, coconut powder, asafoetida, sesame seeds, red chilli powder, salt and oil. Mix well till all the ingredients are mixed up.

1.ఒక గిన్నెలో బియ్యప్పిండి, పప్పుల పొడి, కొబ్బెర పొడి, ఇంగువ, నువ్వులు, కారం, నూనె,తగినంత ఉప్పు వేసి బాగా కలపాలి.



2.Add little by little water and make a solid batter.(Make sure you don’t put lot of water)



3. Now dough is ready for Chegodi



4.Make small balls out of the batter.



5.Then role each ball with the palm on a greased surface. It comes out like a straight line.



6.Now fold the straight line batter in a spiral way and the end of the line attach to the rest of spiral.



7.Heat oil in a pan.

8.Now gently leave the prepared chegodi into the hot oil, very carefully.

9.Fry both the sides.

Delicious snack, Chegodi is ready.
