Chuduva / Masala Atukulu / Spicy Rice Flakes

Rice flakes --- ½ kg
Oil ----1 Tsp
Urad dal --- 2 Tsp
Channa Dal --- 2 Tsp
Mustard seeds --- 1 tsp
Cumin seeds --- 1tsp
Asafoetida --- ¼ tsp
Turmeric powder --- ½ tsp
Roasted pea nuts --- 2 Tsp
Daliya --- 2 Tsp
Cashew nuts ---- 2 Tsp
Salt ---- enough
Red chilli powder --- ¼ tsp
Curry leaves --- 3 Strings
Coconut pieces ---- 2 Tsp
Sugar ----- 2 Tsp
1.In a big pan, take rice flakes and fry for a while and keep aside.( No need for oil for frying)
2.Fry peanuts and keep aside.
3.Take little oil in a pan and heat it. Add urad dal, channa dal, mustard seeds, cumin seeds. When mustard seeds splatters turn off the stove, add asafoetida, turmeric powder, curry leaves, cashew nuts, peanuts, coconut pieces, daliya.
4.Add fried rice flakes to the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
5.Add 2 tsp of sugar and mix well.

Very tasty chuduva / spicy rice flakes are ready.

Note: Raisins and corn flakes, chips, boondi can be added to this chuduva upon ones interest.
