Gold Coins

Ingredients:

All purpose flour--1 cup
Dalda/Butter/Ghee--3 tsp
Sugar --1/2 cup
Baking Powder--3/4 tsp
Oil --2 cups (for frying)
Kesar color/saffron--pinch




Procedure:

1.In a vessel,take dalda/ghee/butter,baking powder,Kesar color/saffron sugar and mix with water to Puri batter consistency.

2.Make small balls out of puri batter.

3.Make chapathi with each batter ball.

4.Cut the chapathi into small round shape pieces and keep aside.

5.In hot oil,fry the round pieces into golden brown color.

6.let them cool down in a plate.

Delicious Gold Coins are ready.
