Kolabaligalu

Ingredients:

Rice flour-- 4 cups
Grated coconut --1/2 cup (fresh)
Green chillis --10
Oil / dalda -- ½ serving spoon
Salt --enough
Asafoetida(Hing)--Pinch


Procedure:

1.In a vessel, mix little dalda or oil to the rice flour.

2.Grind green chillis and grated coconut and salt. Add this paste to rice flour and mix well.

3.Add little by little water to the flour and keep knead and make dough.

4.Take little dough and make it like a long tube. Turn the tube like a 2 or 3 rounds of spiral wheel.

5.Deep fry these spiral wheels in hot oil very carefully.

Crispy kolabaligalu are ready.
