Masala Vada

Ingredients:

Channa dal ------ 1 cup
Onion -----------2 small
Green chillies-----3
Ginger garlic paste—1/4 tsp
Red chillies ----1
Salt ---------------enough
Soamp --------- ¼ Tsp
Curry leaves --- 5 to 10
Coriander leaves .. ¼ bunch


Procedure:

1.Soak channadal for 2 hours.

2.Chop onion, coriander leaves and curry leaves.

3.Grind green chillies, red chilies,ginger garlic paste .

4.Grind soaked channa dal also little coarse. Here and there un grinded channa dal must be visible.

5.Transfer to a bowl and mix chopped onion, coriander leves, soamp,curry leaves and salt.

6.Heat the oil in a pan in medium flame.

7.Take little by little and make small circles with the hand and leave directly into the hot oil carefully.

8.Fry them both sides to brown color.

Masala vada is ready.
