Paala Pindimiryam

Ingredients:

Ridge Gourd / Snake Gourd/ Cucumber
Green Chillies----------------3
Black pepper powder---- ¼ tsp
Cumin powder -----------1/4 tsp
Rice flour --------------------1 Tsp
Milk--------------------------1 cup
Salt-----------------------enough
Mustard seeds, cumin seeds ---- ¼ tsp

Procedure:

1.Boil water.

2.Add chopped vegetable and green chillies to the boiling water.

3.Add cumin powder, black pepper powder, salt .

4.Mix rice flour in little water and add to the boiling vegetables.

5.Let vegetables and rice flour boil together and get little thicker like sambar consistency.

6.Turn off the flame and add milk.

7.Season it with mustard seeds, cumin seeds, hing and curry leaves.

Paala Pindi Miriyam is ready.
