Puri Chat/Masaala Chat/Ragada

Chick peas (Channa) – ½ cup
Potato – 1
Onion – 1
Green chillis – 2
Curd --- ¾ cup
Imli chutney/
Tamarind chutney- 2 tsp
Black salt – ¼ tsp
Chat masala – ¼ tsp
Coriander powder – ¼ tsp
Red chilli powder – For taste
Besan sev – ½ cup
Coriander leaves – 2 strings
Small puris (Pani puris) – 8
1.Boil channa and potatoes separately and keep aside.
2.Chop onion, coriander leaves and green chillis into small pieces and keep aside.
3.In a plate, take few boiled potato pieces, boiled channa and add little curd and besan sev.
4.Add finely chopped onions.
5.Add imli chutney (tamarind chutney).

6.Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, chat masala, black salt and salt.
7.Break the puris into big pieces and sprinkle over the plate.
8.Add chopped coriander leaves and green chillis.
Spicy Poori chat / masala chat / Ragada is ready. It is a spicy refreshing snack for anytime..
