Sabudana Vada


Sabudana ---1 cup
Potatos ---3 to 4 small
Peanuts ---1 cup
Bread ---2 slices
Red chilli powder ---1/4 tsp
Garam masala ---1/4 tsp
Coriander leaves---1/4 bunch
Salt ---enough
Oil---for frying


1.Soak sabudana for one hour. And drain all the water and spread it on dry towel or paper.

2.Fry peanuts and grind into coare powder.

3.Boil potatos and take out peal.

4.In a bowl mix, mashed potatos, sabudana and bread pieces, red chilli powder, garam masala, salt, chopped green chillis, chopped coriander leaves, peanut powder and mix well.

5.Make small balls out of the batter and press between the two palms, so that they wont be perfect balls.

6.Heat the oil in medium flame.

7.Fry the sabudana vadas till they turn to golden brown color.

Sabudana vada is ready. Eat with kechep.
