Stuffed Tindora Curry


Tindora ---1 pound
Turmeric powder – 1 pinch
Asafoetida – Pinch
Oil------2 tsp

Stuffing powder : Stuffed egg plant curry powder


1.Pressure cook tindora as whole vegetable for 1 whistle.

2.Let tindora cool down. Open a small slit in the middle of the vegetable and stuff the powder as much as possible.

3.Close the slit as much as possible to avoid the spill of powder from it.

4.In a pan, heat 2 Tsp of oil. Add little turmeric powder and asafoetida.

5.Add the stuffed vegetables and fry on all the sides.

6.Sprinkle salt over the vegetable. And fry for a while.

Delicious stuffed tindora curry is ready. Eat with hot rice.
