Vermicelli Sweet/Vermicelli Halwa

Ingredients:

Vermicelli – 1 cup
Sugar ---- 1 cup
Cardamom powder -- Pinch
Cashew nuts ---10
Ghee – 3 Tsp

Procedure:

1.Heat ghee in a pan and fry cashew nuts to golden brown color and keep aside.

2.Fry vermicelli in the remaining ghee to golden brown color.

3.Add 11/2cups of water (For 1 cup of vermicelli) and prepare let it cook.

4.Once the vermicelli is cooked and no water is remaining, add 1 cup of sugar.

5.Sugar becomes water and slowly tightens as you continue stirring.

6.Once sugar syrup is also totally absorbed, add cardamom powder and cashew nuts.

Vermicelli sweet is ready.
