Whole Moong(Green Gram) Salad


Whole Moong dal --1 cup
Cucumber ----1 small
Onion-----1/2 small
Carrot---1 small
Salt----for taste

Preparation Method:

1.Soak whole moong dal (Green gram) for 3 hours to 5 hours.

2.Pressure cook it for 1 whistle.

3.Drain the water.

4.Chop onions and cucumber finely .Add into cooked moong dal.

5.Grate carrots and mix into cooked moong dal.

6.Add little salt.

7.Add lemon juice.

A very Healthy Moong dal Salad is ready.

Tip: Whole moong dal has good fiber and protein.You can make this salad, with raw whole moong dal ( soaked and not cooked) as well.
