Beet Root Halwa

Ingredients:

Grated beet root --- 1 cup
Sugar --------1 cup
Milk -------1/4 cup
Ghee-------1/4 cup
Cardamom powder –1/2 tsp
Cashew nuts ------10



Procedure:

1.In a pan heat ghee and add grated beet root. Fry till the raw smell is gone.



2.Add milk and cook well.

3.Once the beet root is cooked well and soft, add sugar, cardamom powder and mix well.

4.Let sugar and beet root cook together and thickens. Turn off the stove.

5.Fry cashew nuts in ghee and mix into halwa.

Delicious Beetroot halwa is ready.
