Badusha

Ingredients: All Purpose Flour --- 1cup |
Procedure:
1.Mix all purpose flour, dalda, baking powder, baking soda in a bowl. And mix with curd like a puri dough and keep aside.
2.Take sugar in a pan and pour little water until the sugar is totally immersed and make sugar syrup to one string consistency.
3.When it comes to one string consistency sugar syrup, turn off the flame and mix two drops of lemon juice. So that the sugar syrup doesn't thickens.
4.Knead well the all purpose flour puri dough for atleast 10 minutes.
5.Make small balls with the dough and press them like semi circle or disk like balls and press in with thumb in the middle. ( like little apple shape)
6.Fry these badhusha in oil to golden brown color. And place them in sugar syrup.
7.Keep the badhushas in sugar syrup for 1 minute and take them out.
8.Arrange them in a dry plate and let them dry.
Badhushas are ready to eat.
