Channa Masala(Chole)

Ingredients: kabul channa(Chick peas) --- 1 glass jeera or cumin --- 1tsp |
Procedure:
1.Soak chick peas ( kabul channa) for 6 hours.
2. Then boil channa in pressure cooker and give 3 to 4 whistles.
3.Grind onion,tomato and ginger garlic paste.
4.In a pan, take oil,ghee and heat.
5.Add seasoning items.
6.Once the seasoning items, splatters, add the grounded onion tomato paste.
7.Once the raw smell is gone, add garam masala and chilli powder,salt and boiled chick peas .
8.Add some water as needed.
9.Before serving, add lemon juice and coriander leaves.
Delicious Chole is Ready.You can eat with chapathi/roti/puri.
