2.Pour little by little water in to atta flour and mix well until it gets to soft chapathi dough consistency.
3.Cover the chapathi dough with a lid for 5 to 10 mins.
4.Take small ball from the chapathi dough and roll them into thin circles.
5.Take a pan and heat it. Place one chapathi at a time on the pan and wait till the moisture on the chapathi is gone.
6.Immediately reverse the chapathi and wait till you see small bubbles on it.
7.Take out the chapathi from pan and place in on flame directly (if it is gas flame). You see chapathi is forming into a big bubble puri.
8.Keep it aside and cover with plate. So that they do not get harder.
Hot Hot chapthis are ready to eat.
Note: if you are doing on electric stove, do not place chapathi directly on the coil. It will stick to it and gives hard time in cleaning. Instead you can use meshed pans for this purpose.
Tip: Adding 1 table spoon or Oil or curd into the dough, while preparing chapathi dough also give good softness to the chapathis.
