Coconut-Daliya Chutney

Ingredients: 

Grated coconut ------ 1 cup
Green chillies -----------5 or 6
Ginger -----------------1 Inch
Daliya ---------------1/2 cup
Salt -------------------1/2 tsp or enough
Tamarind pulp ------1/2 tsp

Seasoning Items:
Oil  -------------------1 Tsp
Mustard seeds ----- ¼ tsp
Urad dal -------------1/4 tsp
Dry red chillies -------2
Curry leaves – 3 to 5 leaves
Hing - ------- Pinch

Procedure:
1.In a blender jar or Mixi jar take grated coconut, daliya, green chillies, chopped ginger,tamarind pulp and salt.
2.Grind to fine powder consistency.
3.Add water and grind to smooth paste.
4.Transfer into another bowl.
5.Prepare seasoning. (In hot oil add mustard seeds, urad dal, dry red chillies, curry leaves and hing)
6.Add seasoning to chutney.

Spicy – Yummy chutney is ready.
