Coconut Karjee Kayalu

Ingredients:

Atta ----------------1 cup
Dry coconut powder ---- 2 cup
Sugar ----------------------1 cup
Cardamom powder-----1/2 tsp
Oil---------------------------2 cups

Procedure:

1.Mix coconut powder, cardamom powder / elachi powder.
2.Mix atta with little water and prepare puri dough. Make small puris and keep ready.
3.Place one spoon of coconut mix on puri and fold the puri to semi-circle shape. Apply little water to the edges and make them stick to each other.
4.Fold the edges in spiral way and lock the powder inside. If you can not fold in spiral way, you can use, “karjee kaya peeta” .
5.Fry these karjee kaya in hot oil

Very Very tasty Karjee Kayas are ready.
