Ingredients:

Rice ---------2 cups
Urad dal------1 cup
Toor dal--------1/4 cup
Methi seeds----- 1 tsp
Rice flakes ------1/4 cup
Salt--------------11/2 tsp

 

Procedure:

1.Wash rice, urad dal, toor dal and methi seeds  and soak them for 2 hours.
2.Grind the soaked dals and rice  along with rice flakes into fine paste .
3.Transfer the batter into a big vessel and add salt.
4.Let the batter ferment for 5 to 6 hours or until it expands.
5.Heat the pan and make the circular dosas.

Hot hot dosas are ready. Eat with chutney  or sambar or potato curry or altogether.
