Mango Chutney

Ingredients: 

Raw Mango --- 1

Dry red chillis ---4 or 5

Coriander seeds ---1 tsp

Methi seeds -----1/4 tsp

Jaggery ---------small piece

Mustard seeds-----1/4tsp

Asafoetida -------Pinch

Procedure:

1.Take out the peal for mango and make into small pieces

2.In a pan, fry dry red chillis, methi seeds and coriander seeds with  ½ tsp of oil.

3.Grind the fried chilis, methi seeds and coridaner seeds into fine powder.

4.Add mango pieces and jaggery to the powder and grind again.Add little water while grinding.

Do not make into fine paste , let the mango pieces remain here and there.

5.In a pan, heat 1Tsp of oil, add mustard seeds and hing. When the the mustard seeds splatters, turn off the flame and add

grounded mango chutney to it and mix well.

Very Tasty – Spicy Mango Chutney is ready. You can eat with hot rice.

Tip :If the mango is not soar enough, add very little tamarind paste
