Procedure:
1.Chop , green mango into small pieces.
2.Fry methi seeds to brown color and grind to powder
3.Grind mustard seeds into powder.
4.Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds. Trun of the flame.
5.Add asafoetida, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, mustard powder, methi powder, salt and mix well.
6.Add chopped mango pieces and mix well, so that all the mango pieces coated with all spices.
7.Eat next day, so that mango flavors and spices mixes well and tastes great.
Cut mango pickle is ready.
