Mango -Coconut Chutney

Ingredients: 

Raw Mango --- 1

Fresh coconut pieces--1/4 cup

Dry red chillis ---4 or 5

Jaggery ---------small piece

Mustard seeds-----1/4tsp

Asafoetida -------Pinch

Procedure:

1.Take out the peal for mango and make into small pieces

2.In a pan, fry dry red chillis with  ½ tsp of oil.

3.Grind the fried chilis, mango pieces ,fresh coconut jaggery and salt .

4.Add little water while grinding.Do not make into fine paste, let the mango pieces remain here and there.

5.In a pan, heat 1Tsp of oil, add mustard seeds and hing. When the the mustard seeds splatters, turn off the flame and add rounded mango chutney to it and mix well.

Very Tasty – Spicy Mango-Coconut  Chutney is ready. You can eat with hot rice.

Tip :If the mango is not soar enough, add very little tamarind paste.
