Cilantro Pickle (Dania pickle)

cilentro pickle(daniya) 

Ingredients:

Cilantro --- 6 bunches
Oil  ----  6 Table spoons
Red chillies ---  15
Methi seeds --- 1/2 spoon
Mustard seeds --- 2 spoons
Sesame seeds --- 2 spoons
Turmeric ---- 1 pinch
Hing  -----1 pinch
Tamarind----1 lemon size
salt  ---- 2 spoons or less



Procedure:

1.Clean Cilantro by cutting root stems wash carefullly make sure no dirt.
2. Take a Towel and spread evenly, let it dry for over night.
3. Cut the Cilantro like an inch size.
4. Roast Sesame seeds on a medium heat almost like red color.
5. Take 4 tsp oil in a pan fry Red chillies, methi seeds, mustard seeds in low medium heat until it they fry red in color add Hing to it.
6.Fry Cilantro with 2 Tsp of oil,in low medium heat, stir  well until it fries in the oil for 5 minutes.
7. Take Tamarind separate nicely and mix with fried cilantro evenly, let it cool for 15 minutes.
8.Grind sesame seeds coarse and take it in a bowl
9.Grind red chillies, Methi seeds, mustard seeds very fine with salt and turmeric.
10.Add Fried Cilantro,salt and Tamarind to the grounded powder very slowly until it comes to nice consistancy.
11.Take a bowl place the pickle, for more garnishing can add more oil,red chillies.

Thats it hot hot Cilantlo Pickle ready. You never feel like missing Gongura Pickle after tasting this.
