Procedure:
1. In a pan take 1 Tsp of oil and fry coriander seeds, urad dal, channa dal and dry red chillis. All the ingredients should be fried to golden brown color.
2. Grind the fried ingredients along with Coriander leaves, tamarind paste, Jaggery and salt. Add little water and prepare paste consitency.
3. In a pan, prepare seasoning with seasoning items and mix the prepared chutney.
Delicious Coriander leaves chutney is ready. Eat with hot rice.
