Curry Leaves Chutney ( Cilantro Chutney)

Ingredients:

Curry leaves --- 1 cup
Coriander seeds --- ½ Tsp
Urad dal ----3 Tsp
Channa dal -----1 Tsp
Red chillis ----5
Jaggery/Sugar ---1/2 tsp
Tamarind paste ----1/2 tsp
Salt ----enough
Seasoning items:
Oil ----2 tsp
Mustard seeds ---1/4 tsp
Asafoetida ---- Pinch



Procedure:

1. In a pan take 1 Tsp of oil and fry coriander seeds, urad dal, channa dal and dry red chillis. All the ingredients should be fried to golden brown color.

2. Grind the fried ingredients along with curry leaves, tamarind paste, Jaggery and salt. Add little water and prepare paste consitency.

3. In a pan, prepare seasoning with seasoning items and mix the prepared chutney.

Delicious Curry leaves chutney is ready. Eat with hot rice.
