Gongura Chutney (Gongura Pachadi)

Procedure:
1. Wash gongura leaves and keep aside.
2. Dry fry sesame seeds with out any oil.
3. Fry coriander seeds and dry red chillis with little oil and keep aside.
4. With 2 tsp of oul, fry gongura , chopped green chillis and fry openly ( no lid) till it turns to red color. (if you cover with lid, it oozes moisture and chutney can not me stored for more days)
5. Grind fried Gongura, green chillis, red chilis, coriander seeds, sesame seeds, until it turns to paste.
6. Prepare seasoning with little oil, mustard seeds and asafoetida. Add the grounded chutney to it.
Delicious Gongura Chutney is ready.
Note: You can add fried garlic or gried onions according to you taste.
