Mint Chutney (Pudina Pachadi)

mint chutney 

Ingredients:

Mint ---- 1 bunch
Sesame seeds ---- 1Tsp
Urad dal ----1/2 tsp
Green chillis ----3
Tamarind paste ---1/2 tsp
Salt----enough
Curry leaves ---5 to 10
Seasoning Items ¼ tsp each
(Urad dal,Channa dal,Mustard )
Asafoetida --- Pinch



Procedure:

1. Wash the mint leaves and keep aside.
2. Fry sesame seeds and urad dal with ½ tsp of oil to light brown color and keep aside.
3. With 1 tsp of oil, fry mint leaves along with chopped green chillis.
4. Grind fried urad dal, sesame seeds, mint leaves, green chillis along with tamarind paste and salt. Add little water and make it to paste.
5. Prepare seasoning with 1 tsp of oil and seasoning ingredients.
6. Add grounded mint chutney to seasoning and mix well.
Delicious spicy mint chutney is ready. Eat with hot rice.
