Onion Chutney

Ingredients: Onions ----2 |
Procedure:
1. Fry channa dal to light brown color and keep aside.
2. Grind fried channa dal, fresh coconut, tamarind paste and dry red chillis to fine paste.
3. Add onions and grind coarsely.
4. Prepare seasoning with mustard seeds, urad dal and curry leaves. Add grounded onion chutney to the seasoning and mix well.
Tasty onion chutney is ready. This chutney is good for hot rice and idlis.
