Red Chilli Chutney (Pandu Mirapakaya Pachadi)

Ingredients:

Fresh red chillis ----10
Methi seeds ----1/2 tsp
Asafoetida------1/4 tsp
Dry coconut powder --- 1 Tsp
Garlic ----3 pods
Salt-----enough
Turmeric-----1/4tsp
Seasoning items:
Mustard seeds-----1/4 tsp
Urad dal------1/2 tsp
Curry leaves----5 to 10



Procedure:

1. In a blender take, fresh red chillis, methi seeds, coconut powder, garlic pods, salt and grind to powder consistency.
2. Heat 4 tsp of oil in a pan and prepare seasoning with mustard seeds, urad dal and curry leaves.
3. Add turmeric powder to seasoning and add grounded red chilli mix. Fry till the raw smell is gone.
Very Spicy and tasty red chilli chutney is ready. Eat with hot rice and ghee.
Note:  This is Super Spicy.  Beware of it.
