Toor Dal - Coconut Chutney

Ingredients:

Toor dal -----1 servering spoon.
Fresh coconut ----1/4cup
Red chillis ----4
Tamarind paste ---1/2 tsp
Salt ----enough
Seasoning items:
Mustard seeds ----1/4 tsp
Asafoetida----Pinch
Curry leaves ---- 5-10



Procedure:

1.In a pan heat 1 tsp of oil and fry toor dal, red chillis to golden brown color.
2.Grind the fried ingredients along with tamarind paste, fresh coconut, salt and little water. Grind it to paste consistency.
3. In a pan prepare seasoning with seasoning items.
4. Add grounded paste to seasoning and mix well.
Tasty and healthy toor dal – coconut chutney is ready. Eat with hot rice and ghee.
