Urad Dal Chutney

 

Ingredients:

Urad dal ----- 1 Serving spoon
Coriander seeds --- 1 Tsp
Dry coconut powder --- 2 Tsp
Red chillis ----5
Jagery ------- Small piece
Tamarind paste ---- ½ tsp
Curry leaves ----5 to 10
Salt -----enough



Procedure:

1. In a  pan take ½ tsp of oil and fry  urad dal, coriander seeds, dry red chillis, dry coconut.

2. Grind the fried ingredients to paste with little water. Add tamarind paste and salt.

3. In a pan take 2 tsp of oil and prepare seasoning with urad dal, mustard seeds, asafoetida and curry leaves.

4. Add grounded paste to seasoning and mix well.

Spicy and Tasty Urad dal Chutney is ready. Eat with hot rice and ghee.
