Ingredients: Tomatos --- 3 |
Procedure:
1.Cut tomatoes and green chillis into small pieces and keep aside.
2.Take little oil in a pan and fry Urad dal, mustard seeds, green chillis. And add asafoetida.
3.Take out half of the prepared seasoning and keep aside. Add chopped tomatoes and green chillis into the rest of seasoning and fry for a while.
4.Grind the cooked tomatoes.
5.Mix the grounded paste into curd and add enough salt for taste.
6.Add separated seasoning into curd and garnish with coriander leaves.
Yummy tasty Tomato perugu pachadi is ready. Eat with Biryani / Pulav / or just white rice and enjoy .
