Mango Rice
Mango rice is famous “Mango Rice’, the word itself makes mouth watering for those who knows its taste.
Its very simple. Go ahead and try.

Ingredients: Cooked rice -- 3 cups |
Procedure:
1. Grate fresh green mango. 1 full mango can be used for atleast 3 cups of rice.
2. In a pan, take 1 Serving spoon of oil, when the oil heats up , add the seasoning items like Channadal, Urad dal,Cumin seeds, mustard seeds.
3. Wait for 30 seconds and add cashew nuts, cut green chillis, ginger pieces,curry leaves and Hing.
4. Take hot rice in a vessel. In the center, make small cup shape with the rice and put the grated green mango and turmeric powder and cover it with hot rice again. (It allows the rice to get the mango flavor and mango get cooked with the hot steam rice too)
5. Add the seasoning with ginger and green chillis to the cooked rice.
6. Add enough salt and mix well.
Delicious Mango Rice is ready.
