Tindora Curry

 dondakaya curry

Ingredients:

Tindora --- 1 lb
Besan---2 Tsp
Red chilli powder---1 tsp
Salt----enough.
Turmeric powder---1/2 tsp
Seasoning:
Oil-----1 Tsp
Channa dal ----1/4 tsp
Urad dal---1/4 tsp
Mustard seeds---1/4 tsp

Procedure:

1.Wash tindora and make into long pieces.

2.Boil tindora in pressure cooker or separately and keep aside.

3.In a pan, heat little oil and prepare seasoning with all the seasoning items.

4.Add boiled tindora, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and mix well.

5.Add besan  and curry leaves to the curry and mix well. Cover with lid  and let the curry get cook for 5 more minutes.

Delicious Tindora Curry is ready.
