Tomato Onion Curry

Ingredients: Onions – 2 |
Procedure:
1.Dry fry methi seeds (Fenugreek seeds) to brown color and make into powder.
2.Tomato, Onion and green chillis chop into small pieces and keep aside.
3.In a pan, heat oil little oil and prepare seasoning with all seasoning ingredients.
4.When mustard seeds splatters, add Fenugreek powder ( Methi powder), asafoetida and onion pieces and fry for a while.
5.When onions are cooked, add tomato and green chili pieces. Fry well.
6.Add coriander powder, cumin powder, salt and mix well. ( If you like more spice, add little red chilli powder)
7.Add curry leaves and coriander leaves. Turn off the stove.
Tasty tomato-onion curry is ready. It goes well with chapathi / hot rice / puris.
