Potato Curry

Ingredients: Potatoes –3 |
Procedure:
1.Wash potatoes and boil. Take out the peal and make into small pieces.
2.In a pan heat 2 or 3 tsp of oil and prepare seasoning with seasoning ingredients.
3.When mustard seeds splatters, add asafoetida, boiled potato pieces and green chillis.
4.Add cumin powder, salt. (If you like more spice, add little red chilli powder)
5.Add curry leaves and coriander leaves.
Yummy Yummy potato curry is ready. Eat with hot rice or chapathi or puri.
