Alu-Chole Masala (Alu-Channa Masala)

Procedure:
1.Soak raw chic piece for 4 to 5 hours. And boil along with little salt.
2.Boil potatoes and keep aside.
3.chop onion, tomato, green chillis into pieces and keep aside.
4.In a pan, heat 3 tsp of oil and add chopped onion, tomato, green chillis, ginger garlic paste and fry to golden brown color.
5.Let it cool down and grind to paste.
6.Heat 4 tsp of oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, shajeera, cinnamon stick,cloves, maze javetri and fry for a while.
7.Add boiled potato pieces and fry for 1 minute.
8.Add grounded onion paste and turmeric powder.
9.Add garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder and mix well.
10.Add boiled chic pieces and boil together.
11.Add enough salt and boil for a while.
12.Add little water if required.
13.Add chopped coriander leaves and turn off the stove.
Tasty Alu-channa Masala is ready. Eat with roti/chapathi/parata and enjoy.
