Bisibela Bath(Bissiballi Baath)

Ingredients:

Rice       --- 1cup
Toor dal --- 1cup

Vegetables:

Potato    --- 1
Carrots   --- 1 Medium
Chayote  --- 1
Beans     --- 10
Cluster/Gawar beans --- 10
Green peas --- 1/2 cup
Peanuts  --- 1/2 cup

Procedure:

1.In pressure cooker, boil rice and toor dal together in a same vessel. And, all the vegetables together in one vessel.
2. Then, cooked rice-tooral mix and boiled vegetables into a big vessel and cook all together.
3. Pour some water as required and mix some tamarind juice to the cooking contents and get it to boil.
4. Now, add Bisibelabath powder,turmeric powder and salt to the content and let it boil for 5 more minutes.
5. In another pan, take atleast 1/4 cup of oil and put mustard seeds. Once the mustard seeds splatters, add hing and fresh curry leaves.
6. Add this seasoning to the hot bisibelabath.

Hot hot, Bisibelabath is now ready to eat. Eat with a crispy papad and enjoy.
