Potato-Capsicum Baath

Rice -- 1 cup |
Procedure:
1. Wash the Capsicum and potatos and cut them into square pieces.
2. Take some oil in a pan. Once the oil heated, put all the seasoning items along with cloves, cinnamon and Turmeric powder.
3. When the Mustard seeds splatters, add the cut capsicum and potato pieces and fry them until they are soft.
4. Add Vangibath powder,salt and curry leaves and cook for a while.
5. Add the cooked capsicum-potatos to the rice and mix well.
6. Add fried cashew nuts to the rice.
Yummy Yummy Potato-Capsicumbath is ready.
