Alu (Potato)Baath

Ingredients: Rice --- 1 cup ( cook and keep it ready) Seasoning items: Urad dal, Channa dal, Mustard seeds, Cumin seeds |
Procedure:
1. Wash the Potatos and boil them
2. Take some oil in a pan. Once the oil heated, put all the seasoning items along with cloves, cinnamon and Turmeric powder.
3. When the Mustard seeds splatters, add the boiled potato cubes and fry them until they are golden brown and crispy.
4. Add salt,vangibath powder and curry leaves and fry for a while.
5. Add the fried potatos to the rice and mix well.
6. Add fried cashew nuts to the rice.
