Tamarind Pulihora-Dhaniya-Sesame Seeds

Ingredients: Rice -------------------3 cups |
Procedure:
1.Wash the rice and cook with just enough water and keep it ready.
2.Soak tamarind for 3 hours.
3.Squeeze the tamarind pulp and keep in a bowl.
4.In a pan, take 1 serving spoon of oil. When the oil is heated, add cut green chillis, red chillis, asafetida and tamarind pulp and mix well. Let it boil.
5.Tamarind pulp will change the dark color and the quanity also reduces to 1/3.
6.Add salt and turmeric powder and jaggery and let it boil for few more minutes. And turn off the flame.
7.Take cooked rice in a big bowl. And add 2 tsp of oil and mix well.
8.Fry sesame seeds, coriander seeds and 3 to 4 dry red chillis in 1 tsp of oil.
9.When coriander seeds and all cools down, grind to a fine powder and mix to rice.
10.Add tamarind pulp,cashewnuts,peanuts and seasoning to the rice and mix well.
11.Add salt if needed.
Sesame Coriander flavor Pulihora is ready.
