Chinese Fried Rice

 

 

chinies fried riceIngredients:

Chilli Sauce ----1 Tsp
Salt--- 2 Pinches
Pepper powder --- ½ tsp
Chopped Vegetables:
Onions – ¼ cup
Cabbage ----- 1/4 cup
Capsicum ---1/4 cup
Spring onion—1/4 cup
Sprouts -----1/4 cup
Peapod -----10 to 15
Basal Leaves – 5 to 10

Procedure:

1. cook the rice and keep aside.
2. In a pan, heat olive oil and add ginger garlic paste.
3. Add chopped onions, cabbage, capsicum and stir fry for 5 to 7 minutes.
4. When the capsicum is half cooked, add peapods, spring onions and stir fry for 2 minutes.
5. Add soy sauce, chilli sauce and 2 pinches of salt. (Soy sauce is already salty, so no need of more salt)
6. Add pepper powder.
7. Add sprouts, basal leaves and rice together. Mix well until all the ingredients are mixed up.
8. Cover with lid for 2 to 5 minutes.

Chinese Fried rice is ready. Eat with Gobi Manchurian for awesome taste.
