Rava Pakodi

Ingredients: Soji or Bombay rava ----- 1 cup |
Procedure:
1. Soak soji in curd for half an hour.2.Chop onion, ginger, green chillis and curry leaves and mix into soaked soji.
3 Add asafetida (hing) and salt to it
4.Heat the oil in a pan in medium flame.
5.Take this batter into small balls and leave gently into the hot oil, very carefully.
Rava pakodi is ready.
